As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in providing primary care services to patients across multiple sites, collaborating closely with our Medical Director and Director of Medical Practice Operations. This exciting role comes with a dynamic schedule across our primary care network, connecting you with our seasoned clinicians for a multidisciplinary approach. The Nurse Practitioner role is a vital position in the Monadnock Health Partners (MHP) network of primary care practices.
