We have an exciting opportunity for a PRN overnight Certified Nursing Assistant to join our upscale plastic surgery center!A bit about the position:
Mainly overnight shifts, 7:00 pm - 7:00 am or 8:00 pm - 8:00 am. The CNA will help patients recover from elective surgical procedures. Under immediate supervision of Registered Nurse (RN). The CNA assists the nurse with any patient care needs.
What can you expect in the role:Assists with providing patient care to include I&Os, position changes, vital signs, and linen changes.Stock recovery room carts, OR family waiting room and linen cabinet.Clean, make beds in ORs, and wipe down all surfaces in ORs.
What we are looking for in a candidate:Current CNA license in the state of North Carolina or currently enrolled, in good standing, in a nursing program leading to eligibility to be licensed as a Registered Nurse.High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.2 years of CNA experience.Equivalent combination of education and experience.Friendly and professional bedside manner.Understand legal implications of patient care.
