**Job Description:**

The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team providing top-tier neonatal care across two facilities:

**Mountain View Hospital:**

- A 24-bed level III NICU with an average daily census of 24.

- Offers high-frequency ventilation (jet and oscillators), therapeutic hypothermia, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO).

- Full pediatric subspecialty support, including pediatric surgery.

- The 425-bed hospital serves as a teaching facility and is centrally located in one of Las Vegas's fastest-growing areas, offering teaching and continuous quality improvement (CQI) opportunities.

**Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center:**

- Currently a level II NICU with an average daily census of 5, expanding to a 15-bed level III NICU in Fall 2023.

- Pediatric subspecialty support includes cardiology and surgery.

- The 265-bed facility is situated in Spring Valley, a suburb of Las Vegas.

Both hospitals are integral parts of the Sunrise Health System, which includes the Sunrise Childrens Hospital with a level IV NICU and our affiliated neonatologists.

**Work Schedule:**

- Details regarding shifts, on-call, and weekend schedules will be provided during the interview process.

- Open to new graduates and seasoned professionals.

**Submission Requirements:**

- Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Pediatrics - REQUIRED

- NV license (or willingness to obtain) - REQUIRED
