Overview
Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers, Colorado's largest and most comprehensive provider of cancer care has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse Manager for our NoCo division. The nurse manager will support four sites of service in Boulder, Longmont, Thornton, and Lakewood. The nurse manager will have approximately 30 direct reports and report to an outstanding clinical manager who has been with the organization for nine years.

Salary Range: $110,000.00-$145,000.00
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certification, etc. As of the date of this posting, in addition to your salary, RMCC offers the following benefits for this position, subject to eligibility requirements: Health, dental, and vision plans; wellness program; health savings account; flexible spending accounts; 401(k) retirement plan; life insurance, short-term disability insurance; long-term disability insurance, Employee Assistance Program; PTO, holiday pay, tuition reimbursement, and employee paid critical illness and accident insurance.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversees the clinical operations and activities for multiple locations* Participates in revenue optimization in alignment with organizational goals and budget assessments* Ensures adequate staffing to meet safe patient volumes and acuity* Sets quarterly and annual performance goals for clinical staff in alignment with organizational objectives* Safeguards that practice standards of care are consistent with community standards of care* Performs clinical duties within scope of practice as warranted and assigned* Promote effective communication within the multi-professional team
Staff Development
* Assess staffing levels and issues, patient flow, current practices in the clinical setting.* Recruits, trains, and evaluates staff in collaboration with RN Supervisors, Clinical Leads & Clinical Educators* Assists with the development of company-wide clinical competency testing and skills validation programs.* Demonstrates working knowledge of applicable labor laws and schedules and coordinates employee staffing including vacations, sick leave and overtime.* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Job Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN or MSN preferred RN state license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state. Current CPR certification required.
Business Experience- Minimum five years actively practicing as a registered nurse, including at least three years oncology experience. Minimum three years of leadership experience
Specialized Knowledge/Skills: Oncology certification preferred
