**Pay**

$23-$25 per hour (extra $0.50 if Bilingual)

**Shift**

5x8s, rotating shifts (1 week opening, 1 week mid, 1 week closing)

**Center Hours**

Sunday: 8am-3pm

Monday: 11am-7:30pm

Tuesday: 6am-8pm

Wednesday: 6am-8pm

Thursday: 6am-8pm

Friday: 6am-6pm

Saturday: 8am-3pm

**Qualifications**

_Required:_

- Paramedic / EMT-P Certification

- BLS certification

_Preferred:_

- Plasma knowledge

- Venipuncture skills

**Responsibilities:**

- Assess donor eligibility, ensuring compliance with informed consent, AIDS education, confidential self-exclusion, conducting medical history interviews, acceptance criteria, performing physical examinations, blood testing, and reviewing Serological Protein Electrophoresis (SPE).

- Evaluate donor reactions per facility SOPs. Adhere to SOPs for medical emergencies, including implementing Center Physician's directives and arranging donor transport to emergency care facilities.

- Seek guidance from the Center Physician or Medical Affairs regarding communication of unacceptable findings to donors, and for medical or technical issues concerning donor safety and eligibility.

- Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees as required.

- Manage employee incidents, determining the need for further evaluation by occupational health/ER. Follow EHS protocols for handling employee incidents.

- Serve as a Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS, assisting in investigations related to pandemic threats within the local community as directed by EHS or Medical Affairs.
