The Adult Progressive Care and Med Surg Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) is a versatile and highly skilled healthcare professional responsible for providing comprehensive medical and surgical care to adult patients in various units within the organization. This role requires adaptability, expertise, and a strong commitment to delivering the best care to patients facing a variety of medical and surgical conditions. As a member of the adult med/surg float pool, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that patients receive high-quality care during their hospital stay. With passionate and driven leadership behind them, our nurses can dedicate themselves to patient safety, clinical excellence, and life-long learning.

Who Should Apply :Associate degree in Nursing requiredActive Maryland or Compact RN license is requiredBLS CPR certification requiredAt least one year of RN experience in a hospital setting

Applicants with an Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of hire
