Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)The Registered Nurse will utilize the Nursing process to plan and implement patient care to achieve optimal patient outcomes. She/he will educate patients and caregivers to achieve self-management of health and/or chronic disease. The RN will assess patient response to care plan and revises as needed. She/he will coordinate aspects of care plan requiring testing and/or referral to specialty care. Identifies and addresses barriers to care.
Requirements:Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.Current registration in New York State as an RN Licensure required.BSN required.BLS/ACLS/PALS required.NIHSS/TCAR within 6 months of hire.AMBULATORY AND PACU experience preferred and or ICU required.CPAN preferred.
Salary:
Per Diem- $58.718 / hourly
