As a successful candidate, you will:
* Provide relief coverage for meal and rest periods for staff assigned to care for patients * Ensure seamless continuation of patient care during nurse breaks and absences * Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and perform necessary treatments * Communicate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records during relief coverage * Support nursing staff by addressing immediate patient care needs and resolving any issues that arise during coverage * Understand and apply the City of Hope Code of Conduct, Code of Organizational Ethics, policies, procedures, performance and quality improvement objectives * Full time days (7:00am - 7:30pm)
Your qualifications should include:
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing * 3-5 years experience * Current CA RN License * BLS, ACLS, PALS through American Heart Association * ICU/Critical Care experience preferred
