Other information:*High School Diploma or GED*Practical Nursing Formal Education approved by the NM Board of Nursing *Licensed Practical Nurse-NM*BLS required*PDS IV Certification course (within orientation period)*Basic Cardiac Arrythmias (BCA) for areas where cardiac telemetry monitoring is used (prior to ACLS)*ACLS (within 6 months of being hired) for areas where requiredEducation:Essential:* High School Diploma or GED
