Work Schedule:

100% FTE. Monday-Friday, 8 or 10 shifts. No on call, no weekends. You will work at 6001 Research Park Blvd in Madison, WI.

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our inpatient and ambulatory care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to:

* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team including physicians, other advanced practice practitioners, and a respiratory therapist, to provide comprehensive care to patients in the area of sleep disorders.* Take care of patients of all ages with acute and chronic illnesses, specifically in sleep related disorders in an outpatient population with a potential pediatric population* Follow-up visits of sleep apnea patients treated with PAP therapies.

Education:

If Nurse Practitioner: Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program.

If Physician Assistant: Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program.

Work Experience:

Preferred - Three years of relevant clinical experience in primary care, pulmonary, cardiology, neurology, ENT, ED or psychiatry preferred.

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum - State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure

If Nurse Practitioner*:

* Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND* Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice. These may include the following: Family Medicine.

If Physician Assistant*:

* Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND* Active PA board certification

All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have*: Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire
