Physician Assistant (PA)/Nurse Practitioner (NP) Family Medicine - Holmen and Ga

Gundersen Health System is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Holmen and Galesville Family Medicine Clinics. This position will be attributed as .8 FTE in Holmen and .2 FTE in Galesville. We are looking for a team-oriented PA-C or an FNP clinician to join our team of two physicians, two physician assistants, and one nurse practitioner. Must be able to see both adults and children. The clinics both have onsite phlebotomy as well as x-ray. Additionally, Holmen clinic has several specialties that provide outreach care from the clinic. This position does require 1:5 call (via phone).

Must have completed an accredited program and be eligible to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations. Advanced practice clinicians work under the direct supervision of a physician. Clinician staff may need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system. Teaching students, residents, fellows or clinical staff is cornerstone to our Medical Education philosophy and an expectation of all clinicians.
