About the Job:

* Full Time* The New Grad RN is a recent ADN or BSN graduate who has not yet taken the NCLEX, but will work as an RN under a temporary license while awaiting to take the NCLEX.* The New Grad RN will work alongside fully licensed RNs to assess patient's needs, formulate a plan of care and provide care based on identified needs and physician orders according to standards, policy and procedure.* Upon completion and passing results of NCLEX, the New Grad RN will transition into a FT RN role.

Requirements:

* Associates or Bachelors degree in nursing* Must obtain temporary RN license prior to start date, RN license to be obtained within 90 days of start date* BLS certification
