Our office will be introducing walk-in care services, making it more convenient for patients to access top-quality medical care. We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about patient care.

Position Summary:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practioner specializing in Internal Medicine to provide comprehensive care in our busy practice. The ideal candidate should be able to manage a wide range of medical conditions and work collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for providing care to adult patients, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, conducting routine physicals, and offering preventive health advice.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history and physical exams

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses

Develop and manage treatment plans, including medication prescriptions and therapies

Educate patients on preventive care and health management

Assist with walk-in care services for urgent but non-emergency cases

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Provide follow-up care and ongoing management of chronic conditions

Work some early evenings

and reduced hours on Saturdays

Qualifications:

Current Nirse Practitioner

licensure in the state of New York

Experience in Internal Medicine or Primary Care preferred

Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and expanding medical practice

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: $120,000 to $145,000, commensurate with experience
