**Position Description**

Penn Family Medicine Voorhees is seeking a Full-Time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join their team to care for patients of all ages in the ambulatory setting. Located in Voorhees, NJ, the provider group currently consists of 4 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practitioners. The practice utilizes the Epic EMR, which is universal throughout the University of Pennsylvania Health System (UPHS). The group occupies a recently renovated space alongside Penn physical therapists of Good Shepherd Penn Partners.

The new hire will be asked to work one evening per week and participate equally in the practice's Saturday and on-call rotations.

**Minimum Requirements**

Candidates must be licensed to practice professional nursing in the state of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and possess a MSN or DNP and certification as a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner.

Prior Nurse Practitioner experience is required.

Current NJ and PA licensure, DEA, and CDS are a plus.
