Description: Fort Lee Public School is seeking a Leave Replacement School Nurse

Starting: September 2024 - June 2025

Qualifications:

* Must hold a NJ DOE School Nurse Certification or be able to obtain Emergency School Nurse Certification * Must hold CPR-AED Certification * Experience working with elementary aged children Grades PK-4 * Pediatric experience with chronic and acute illnesses, preferred * Ability to respond quickly and calmly using critical thinking and assessment skills. * Ability to respond during evacuation situations. * Ability to triage effectively. * Ability to work in a collaborative environment as part of a team. * Availability for school trips and summer work, preferred. * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Working Conditions: Full Time, 10 month position, with benefits

Position Start Date: September 1, 2024
