Head of Infrastructure and Deskside Support

Direct Hire role for one of our customers

Interview- 3 Video interviews

Preferred Location- NYC/Chicago IL/ Dallas TX

Hybrid- 3 days per week office

Salary- $260 to 285k/Annum+ Benefits

There are 4 key areas that we need a strong candidate for:

• Relationship Management – Working closely with our sister company who provide core services, building and maintaining close relationships with CISO, Head of Architecture, Security etc
• Azure – Managing Team (Cloud Architect, Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineers) and all applications that sit on Azure as either VM’s or WebApps
• Hardware – Laptop & server hardware refresh, along with upgrades to existing offices, plus office moves and Acquisitions
• Deskside Support – Team of 50 people ensuring 7,200 employees and top producers are happy and improve CSAT scores
