Position: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Job Overview:

As CTO, you will spearhead our technological initiatives, particularly focusing on the development and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs). You will lead a dynamic team of AI research and backend engineers, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration. This role requires a visionary leader with a robust technical background and a deep understanding of AI, ready to drive our technological advancement to new heights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the AI engineering teams, fostering an environment that promotes growth and innovation.
• Oversee the strategic development and fine-tuning of LLMs to align with the company's objectives.
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate AI solutions into broader company products and services.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning, applying this knowledge to enhance our technology stack.
• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
• Ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and efficient AI solutions.

Qualifications:

• Over 15 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing technology teams.
• Proven track record as a Technical Lead or Manager, specifically in AI or related fields.
• Extensive experience in developing and deploying large-scale neural networks, particularly LLMs.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with a specialization in AI or machine learning.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning, neural networks, and current technological best practices.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Previous experience as an ML engineer, Data Scientist, or similar role.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and infrastructure automation tools (Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Proficiency in building and maintaining large-scale data processing pipelines using tools like PySpark, Beam, or Flink.
