The Front Desk is the place for you!Create a memorable stay from reservation to check-out, and help guests enjoy the area with your personal recommendations.Our hotel is looking for a friendly and professional front desk agent who can provide excellent customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be a quick learner, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Front Desk General Responsibilities:Greet guests in a friendly and professional mannerAnswer phones and respond to guest inquiries or requestsProvide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractionsProcess payments and handle cash, credit, and debit cardManage the operations of the front desk including check in and check outAssist guests with reservationsManage guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely mannerMaintain a clean and organized front desk areaComplete daily reports and balance cash drawersFollow all hotel procedures and policies

Requirements:
Front Desk Job Requirements Include:
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality preferred- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and as a team player- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds- Must be reliable and able to work weekends and holidays
