Coverage Needed:ASAP - ongoingClinical Information:24-hour emergency department careAdvanced technology operating roomsObstetrics maternity care, including lactation services, childbirth education classes, & perinatology servicesNeonatal newborn care, including a level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)Radiology imaging services including X-ray, ultrasound, mammography, CT, MRI, interventional radiology, & nuclear medicinePhysical therapy, Occupational therapy, & Speech therapy for children and adultsIntensive Care Unit & step-down Progressive Care UnitCardiac care including cardiac catheterization, EKG, coronary interventions & electrophysiology studies with pacemaker and defibrillator implantsInpatient Psychiatric behavioral health servicesSurgical services including: orthopedics, spine, ENT, urology, oncology, vascular, gyn, and roboticsAccredited Chest Pain CenterRequired:DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being activeCurrent Flu VaccineMust be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
