Your company Recognized general contractor firm located in Miami, over 25 years of history, projects in all South Florida . Specialized in High End Commercial / Retail, Luxury Residential, Ground Up / Renovations. Responsibilities Supports, overview and coordination of multiple projects. Managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process. Supports in Preconstruction / Estimation Maintaining relationships with the clients, subcontractors, building trust and value throughout the construction process / Document Controlling / Process Improvement / Scheduling Qualifications B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience. 3-10 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor in Residential, Custom Homes, Commercial, Interiors, High End Retail, Condo Renovation, ground up / renovations. To be successful you need to be able to read construction drawings, coordination, and be familiar with South Florida area subcontractor and vendor market. Organizational, administrative, and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the role. Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software's are important.
