Duties:

Job Summary:

Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.

Education:

Required Education:

-Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

Preferred Education:

-Bachelor s degree in Nursing (BSN).

Required Certification & Licensure:

-Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.

-BLS

This is the pay range that RightSourcing (a part of Magnit) reasonably expects to pay someone for this position, however, as a supplier your expected pay range may vary and/or include certain benefits like: Stipends (for clinical traveler workers only), Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K. Pay range: (USD)(USD)53 hrly - (USD)(USD)69 hrly.

Schedule Notes: MUST HAVE 2 years recent relevant ICU experience MUST HAVE ACLS, BLS, Tele certified or competency (need to be able to read a monitor) NICE TO HAVE NIHSS Can be pulled every 4 to MICU, NICU, SICU, TCU, PRCU, 2ST, CVC (all ICUs and stepdowns) Patient ratios: 1:1 1:2 in ICUs TCU 1:3 PRCU 1:2 2ST and CVC 1:4 potential extension to 1:6 if necessary
