I will need coverage for hospital and clinic from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. plus night call on the following days:January 6 - 10; January 13 - 17; February 3 - 7; February 10 - 14; and going forward two (2) weeks per month.

Prefer candidates with clean historites due to licensing timeline.
