Job Details:Reason for Coverage: Referrals are backed up Rheumatologist will be going on maternity leave FebruaryPractice Setting: Office-ClinicSchedule Shifts/Hours: 8:30 - 5:00 M-Th 8:30 - 12:30 FAverage Number of Patients per Day Private Practice: 15-20Documentation System/EMR: EpicNumber of Exam Rooms: 6Number of Rheumatologist in Practice: 1Description of Support Staff: 1 NP 2 CMAs 1 front desk staffPatient Age Demographic: Adult0 Internal Medicine 100 Arthritis AutoimmuneRequired Procedures:Joint Injections - HyalganJoint Injections - SupartzJoint Injections - Corticosteroids

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 2 months

Schedule

Varied, 2 - 3 days per week (Monday - Friday) beginning as soon as possible
