Job Description :We are seeking experienced ENT Physicians to provide locum tenens coverage. The position involves 24-hour ED call coverage with a focus on both adult and pediatric patients. The role requires assisting with Oral Maxillofacial (OMF) Trauma calls, supported by a team of OMF residents, oral surgeons, and plastic surgeons.
Job Requirements :
Licensing : Must hold an active North Carolina Medical License and NC DEA
Board Certification : Board Certified
Experience : In-patient hospital experience required.
Schedule : 24-hour call coverage (7 AM - 7 AM)
EMR System : Cerner
Responsibilities :
Provide 24-hour call coverage for ENT, including assisting with Oral Maxillofacial (OMF) Trauma.
Collaborate with on-call OMF residents, oral surgeons, and plastic surgeons to manage trauma cases.
ENT physicians may need to stabilize patients until oral surgeons take over trauma call the following morning.
