Lead Data Quality (Collibra) Developer

Insight Global is seeking a Data Quality Developer for one of our largest clients in Downtown Cleveland. This individual will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address data quality issues, implement data validation processes, and optimize data pipelines.
Develop and maintain data quality rules, standards, and best practices.Extract and run data on Tableau reports.Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to identify data quality issues.Design and implement data validation checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.Monitor data quality metrics and proactively address anomalies.Participate in data governance initiatives and contribute to data quality improvement efforts.Work with ETL processes and tools to cleanse, transform, and load data.Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.Document data quality processes and procedures.
Compensation:$113,000-146,000

Required Skills & Experience-Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field-6+ years of professional IT experience-Strong understanding of Data Quality and Data Governanceo Understanding data policies and procedures, how to report on data quality, how to create data quality dashboards, how to build pipelines, ability to prepare workflows, etc.-Proficiency in data profiling, data cleansing, and data validation techniques.-Experience with Tableau reporting the ability to extract data and run data on tableau reports.-Strong Collibra development experienceo Must be able to set up Collibra workflows-Advanced experience in SQLo Must be able to develop complex queries from scratch
