1812 Ashland Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21205Shift :Full Time (40 hours) - ON-SITEDay Shift, 8:00am - 4:30pmExemptPosition Summary:In this non-clinical position the Project Administrator:Collaborates with executive team members to determine and prioritize departmental strategies, as well as scheduling, planning, and coordinating meetings.Manages the calendars and time commitments of the Senior Directors.Represents the offices of the Senior Directors in interactions with colleagues, clients, and consultants.Creates long and short term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.Identifies, captures, and achieves, operational and strategic improvement opportunities.Advances organizational performance by utilizing a systems approach to analyzing processes, building relationships and facilitating change.Supports and facilitates organizational efforts for business process improvement, change management, system redesign and integration, and solutions developmentProvides staff support in planning and organizing cross-functional unit and cross-entity activities and committees.
Education:Bachelor's required. Master's degree in Business, Health Administration or other relevant field is preferred.Work Experience:Three years of health care or project management experience required. Consultant or operations experience strongly desiredKnowledge/Skills:Proficient in spreadsheet, database, presentation and word processing software.Knowledge of finance, quality management, customer service theory, planning and administrative theory.Clinical or health operations experience preferred.Interpersonal skill, written and oral communication to interface across the organization. Analytical ability to identify and illustrate relationships among complex activities. Facilitation skills for meeting management.
