The Benefits & Wellness coordinators play a vital role in promoting and implementing benefits & wellness programs within the organizations. Helps with the design and organization of the department initiatives, assessing employee needs, and tracking progress.How You Will Impact EducationInstruction/Education ResponsibilitiesAssists employees with enrollment and eligibility questions.Conducts new hire orientation explaining benefits and assisting with enrollment process.Provides ongoing support to the benefits teams with the leaves program.Actively leads, coordinates and contributes to all wellness committee meetings and works continuously to promote support throughout all levels of the organization.Acts as a liaison in the company to gather ideas, boost participation and sustain interest in wellness.Maintains company-wide wellness initiatives and programs.Helps facilitate related activities, including onsite health screenings, lunch and learn seminars, blood drives, flu-shots, fitness classes, etc.Prepares reporting on impact of the wellness programming and initiatives.Enhances program opportunities to personalize and increase employee participation.Develops and promotes activities and challenges emphasizing wellbeing and prevention and that emphasize the importance of healthy lifestyles.Keeps abreast of current national wellness initiatives and activities.Develops a network of resources and contacts to strengthen programming and knowledge.Required Qualifications and SkillsAble to maintain confidentiality. Experience working in a team environment as a team leader/facilitator/influencer. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, articulate presentation skills, and self-motivation.JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in a health-related area such as health education, medical, wellness, or fitness preferred.
3 to 5 years of work experience with health promotions and wellness programs preferred. Required knowledge of all Microsoft Office Products. Demonstrated creativity and experience in creating and implementing programs that match employee needs, lifestyles, and interests. Must be willing to be cross-trained in all department functions to help support during peak times. May perform other duties as assigned.WORK ENVIRONMENT

No physical exertion required. Domestic travel may be required up to 10% to 20% as needed.
