Responsibilities
At Dignity Health Chandler Regional Medical Center we deliver humankindness through a wide range of health social and support services in the heart of Chandler Arizona. As part of our team you will provide clinical expertise; support and oversight that helps ensure our patients receive exceptional care. The OUTPATIENT REHABILITATION DEPARTMENT at Dignity Health Chandler Regional Medical Center is a dynamic environment where you can pursue a highly challenging and rewarding career as an OUTPATIENT PHYSICAL THERAPIST.
The ideal candidate will have experience in an Outpatient Rehab setting, experience in Pelvic Floor therapy, and a strong general Physical Therapy background.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional care to patients with varying general orthopedic to neurological conditions.
We are seeking a passionate and skilled therapist who can utilize evidence-based practice and Clinical Practice Guidelines to deliver high-quality patient care.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide patient education and home exercise programs.
QualificationsMinimum:
Internship or rotation in appropriate clinical setting required.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program required.
Arizona License in professional area.
Current American Association BLS card.
Computer skills required.
Preferred:
Two years progressive experience in clinical area performing patient clinical care preferred.
Masters or Doctorate degree in appropriate clinical area preferred.
Prior use of electronic health record preferred.
Strong general Physical Therapy background.
Experience in an Outpatient Rehab Setting.
All general Physical Therapy diagnoses, including Pelvic Floor Therapy experience.
