You Are: You are a visionary leader with a deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications within the semiconductor and systems industry. You have a proven track record of managing AI products and driving them to success. Your strategic mindset, combined with your hands-on experience, makes you the ideal candidate to lead our AI initiatives and drive our product roadmap to new heights. What You’ll Be Doing: Drive the entire product life cycle of AI-related products, including definition, roadmap, and EOL to meet business objectives. Collaborate with product managers to be the main interface between key customers, sales, SW and HW R&D teams, aligning AI technology development with market requirements. Understand customer use cases in vertical markets alongside the product management team and create compelling AI value narratives. Work with business development and senior executives to strengthen key customer relationships through clear articulation of AI value propositions and roadmaps. Leverage the full breadth of Synopsys AI technologies to increase customer value. Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure Synopsys' AI products remain at the forefront of innovation. The Impact You Will Have: Enhance Synopsys' leadership position in the AI market by driving innovative product development. Achieve business targets by effectively managing the AI product roadmap and field enablement. Strengthen key customer relationships and increase customer satisfaction through tailored AI solutions. Contribute to the growth and success of Synopsys by leveraging AI technologies to create new business opportunities. Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the AI product management team. What You’ll Need: MS or BS in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of management experience and 20+ years of product management, product marketing, or business development experience. An MBA is a plus. Experience in driving AI products for the semiconductor and systems industry. Expertise in vertical segments such as data center, automotive, AI, or others is a plus. Ability to understand complex AI technology and translate it into convincing customer conversations. Experience in creating and executing AI business development plans. Who You Are: Strong relationship management skills with the ability to develop and manage relationships with key sales executives internally and customers externally. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex AI concepts to diverse audiences. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
