Behavior One Autism Solutions is now hiring one Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to manage ABA services delivered to our clients in Orange County.
The BCBA will be based in the Orange County area and will operate as a Clinical Manager (CM) and Parent Consultant (PC). Potential areas of operation may include the following cities and surrounding areas: Irvine, Tustin, Lake Forest, Anaheim, and surrounding areas.

The BCBA works with individuals with a variety of disorders, such as Autism, ADHD and Mild Intellectual disabilities. BCBAs oversee the development, modification, and implementation of treatment plans (i.e., behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition goals) for each client on their caseload. They work collaboratively on a clinical team and may work one-on-one with caregivers in home and community settings. The BCBA collaborates with the client’s caregivers and the case supervisor to develop a comprehensive and individualized intervention plan.

Pay
Base salary: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
Opportunities for $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year with bonus
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Conducts functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
Designs ABA treatment programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other behavioral disabilities
Ensures integrity of program implementation
Monitors effectiveness of treatment plans and modify programs as needed
Analyzes data and create graphs for visual and analysis of data
Develops the behavioral/clinical skill sets and clinical decision-making skills for a team of behavior technicians
Provides individualized client-centered parent training
Facilitate clinical team meetings (CTMs)
Participates actively in professional growth opportunities such as staff trainings and supervision
Model appropriate behavior intervention strategies for behavior technicians and caregivers
Check in with caregivers about client behavior/progress
Engage in active listening and positive interaction with clients and caregivers
Provide supervision and support to behavior technicians and case supervisors
Generate and complete progress reports
Conduct initial behavioral assessments
Use assessment tools (i.e., Vineland-3, VB-MAPP, etc.) to assess progress
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
A minimum of a master’s degree in a related field is required
Must be a current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Have previous clinical experience as an autism service provider in home or in a school setting with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Prior supervisory experience overseeing a team of ABA staff
Ability to interact in a professional, positive, and collaborative manner with fellow staff members, families, and clients
Bilingual Speaker is a plus
