The Implementation Consultant for Tyler’s Environmental Health solution is responsible for delivering high-quality knowledge transfer services to clients, enabling them to use our environmental health solutions effectively and efficiently. This role will focus on supporting state and local government agencies in managing programs such as Food Safety, Well and Septic, Hazardous Materials, and Air Quality. The Consultant ensures a smooth transition to our software solutions, completed according to predetermined timelines, and establishes a positive baseline for ongoing client relationships.Responsibilities

Provide clients professional services such as consultation, software configuration, and user training on our Environmental Health software solutions.Design and conduct knowledge transfer sessions on-site or through webinars tailored to the specific needs of environmental health programs.Educate users on software functionality, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring they can effectively manage their environmental health programs by leveraging Tyler's EH Solutions.Recommend process improvements and best practices for utilizing our software solutions to meet client needs efficiently.Identify and document business and technical requirements for software configuration, forms, reports, interfaces, processes, and other relevant changes specific to environmental health programs.Keep current on administrative tasks such as documenting client issues, communicating agendas, submitting trip reports, timesheets, and weekly expense reports, and updating systems-related client activity.May assist QA staff with product testing, especially concerning updates and new features relevant to environmental health programs.Notify management and appropriate departments of issues or unplanned events that could impact the implementation’s effectiveness, schedule, or budget.Create client-facing and internal documentation, such as “quick tips” and “how-to” guides, with a focus on environmental health applications.Act as a liaison between the client and the company’s technical staff, effectively conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.May participate in the annual User Conference and facilitate discussions on topics related to environmental health software modules.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience.Experience in using or implementing Environmental Health software, such as solutions for Food Safety, Well and Septic, Hazardous Materials, or Air Quality management, within state or local government.Typically, a minimum of one year of experience as an Associate Implementation Consultant or equivalent industry experience, particularly in environmental health program management.Strong knowledge of environmental health programs.Exceptional presentation and knowledge transfer skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Familiarity and ease with computer systems and Microsoft Office products (SQL, IIS, Excel).Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to travel 25 - 50%.Valid driver’s license.
