Together with our clients, we increase student success, improve research support, and enable staff productivity while making institutions more efficient and effective.Building on decades of growth and success, Buro Happold and our decades-long experience in higher-education consultancy, we are looking to grow our integrated team of experts to help solve the weighty and complex challenges impacting colleges and universities today.Responsibilities will include:Leading/managing two or more projects at a time to develop space, service, and/or organizational strategies.Leading the development of client presentations, engagements, and reports.Planning, conducting, and documenting multi-day user research activities (surveys, workshops, observations, interviews, focus groups, etc.).Programming and planning spaces, qualitatively and quantitatively.Facilitating client workshops with the support of your teammates.Interacting with and supporting senior leadership within our client organizations.More about you:A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in architecture, related field, or design strategy with 4-8 years of experience -- plus experience and expertise in higher education or cultural sector and/or anthropology, organizational or environmental psychology, or business.Expertise in space programming, with experience in higher education preferred.Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.Skilled collaborator, both face-to-face and remote.Adept at engaging and energizing people.Resourceful, with an entrepreneurial spirit.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with Tableau/PowerBI proficiency a plus.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite a plus.Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.What we offer:Salary range of $95,000 to $110,000.
