Assist partners on international clients with all facets of international tax consulting and compliance qualify control (QC)Work directly with clients on international matters.Performing international tax research and planning for clients of the firm;Exposure to various international specialties in our industry, for example:Foreign businesses expanding to the U.SUS businesses expanding internationallyInbound real estate investmentsInvestment, Hedge, and PE fund structuringForeign “Voluntary Disclosure” projectsIP migration strategiesExpatriate and inpatriate tax planningInternational tax compliance review for outbound and inbound clients and businessesForeign tax credit analysis and documentation FDII and GILTI planningValue Added Tax and indirect taxCrypto asset planningAssist with business development/identify opportunitiesRequirements
BA/BS degree in accounting and/or Masters degree in taxationCPA license or JDMinimum 5 years recent US tax experience;Minimum 4 years of experience in public accounting with a focus in International TaxMinimum of 3 years of US tax consulting/compliance experience in public accountingExperience with International Tax compliance including, but not limited to forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858 and 1118Written tax advice for the client
