Preparation of BR100 and User ManualsHandling support issues related to Oracle FinanceParticipated in User trainingTesting of Technical components/Processes before handover to ClientAble to help Client understand technical componentsWorked with Oracle Support teamQualifications:
4 to 6 years of experience in Oracle Applications E-Business Suite FinanceCandidate should have worked on at least two implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support projectsExperience with General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Oracle Financials for India support issuesKnowledge of P2P and O2C processes with AccountingGood knowledge of System Administrator tasks related to Menus/Functions, Responsibilities, Users, etc.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work under pressure with conflicting priorities and fluctuating operational workload
