Manage complex litigation cases with a focus on cyber, privacy, and data innovation.Oversee all aspects of litigation, including client communication, discovery, depositions, and court appearances.Collaborate with the firm’s eDiscovery, Analytics, and Litigation Support teams to develop case strategies.Conduct mediations, present oral arguments, and facilitate resolutions.Draft detailed legal documents, conduct comprehensive legal research, and provide strategic counsel to clients.Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience in complex civil litigation, specifically in cyber, data, or privacy law.Strong academic credentials with a record of legal research and writing excellence.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented approach.Active membership in the State Bar of the relevant office location.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications
Licensed to practice law in the state of the desired office location.Skills
Advanced analytical, research, and critical thinking abilities.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.Proficiency with legal research platforms and general office software.Benefits
