In this role, you will drive revenue growth by overseeing market data analysis, segmentation of territories and accounts, and providing actionable insights.What you'll do:Strategic Segmentation Oversight:
Lead the segmentation of territories and customer accounts using advanced analytics and market research.Lead Routing Strategy:
Establish processes for routing inbound sales leads to appropriate sales teams.Data-Driven Decision Making:
Drive data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.Collaborative Leadership:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align segmentation strategies with business objectives.Rules of the Road Maintenance:
Maintain criteria for customer segmentation and account prioritization.Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement in segmentation methodologies and analytical processes.Performance Management:
Develop reporting processes that enable sales leaders to review activities and results.What you'll need:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.5+ years of experience in sales operations or related analytical roles.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau.Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.Understanding of segmentation techniques, including geographic and demographic.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Understanding of B2B ad sales motion and sales KPIs.Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales forecasting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Must have legal right to work in the U.S.SiriusXM is an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate based on any characteristic protected by applicable laws.Compensation for this position ranges from $95,900 to $149,625, depending on skills and experience.The requirements and duties described above may be modified or waived by the Company in its discretion without notice.
