Represent clients at workers' compensation depositions and WCAB hearingsReview AME/QME reports to devise strategic next steps for each caseNegotiate settlements both in and out of courtManage a caseload efficiently, maintaining accurate records and tracking deadlinesCommunicate with clients to provide updates, address inquiries, and offer legal guidance throughout the caseCollaborate with the legal team to ensure the timely progress of all mattersRequirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills, both in and out of courtAbility to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detailCompassion for injured workers and dedication to client advocacyA dependable and resourceful team player capable of managing multiple tasksEducation:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolCertifications:
Active membership with the State Bar of California and eligibility to practice law in CaliforniaSkills:
Excellent verbal and written communication abilitiesStrong negotiation skills in settlements and depositionsAbility to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with A1 software (preferred but not required)Location:
