The Role
Vistabeam seeks a seasoned Sales and Marketing Director with a proven track record of driving growth and generating revenue. As the Sales and Marketing Director, you will be responsible for managing and leading a sales/ marketing team, developing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and driving business development. You will play a key role enhancing our brand visibility and optimizing customer acquisition and retention. This position will work out of our Gering, Nebraska office.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.Team Management:
Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams, fostering a high-performance culture.Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.Customer Acquisition:
Design and execute strategies to attract and retain customers, including promotions, campaigns, and partnerships.Revenue Growth:
Develop and manage pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and budgets to maximize profitability.Brand Development:
Enhance brand recognition through innovative marketing initiatives and effective communication strategies.Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on goals and initiatives.Performance Tracking:
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a preferred.Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role.Experience within the ISP or telecommunications industry is a plus.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in digital marketing, CRM systems, and data analytics.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary/ Benefits
This role is offering a salary commensurate with experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance. Paid time off, wellness, and cell phone reimbursement, IRA match up to 3% and home internet.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
