Staffmark is seeking new talent in Vandalia, OH ready to join forces with a company that expertly produces innovative packaging solutions. We are hiring an Administrative Assistant with one year of office experience that is ready for the next step in their career!

Pay: $20 per hour

Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

Daily tasks:

Prepare and manage domestic and international shipping and receiving, ensuring package traceability.Collect and input production data.Coordinate travel arrangements, including airlines, hotels, and shuttles, and resolve related issues.Provide management support through expense reporting and project assistance.Procure office materials and supplies.Facilitate visitor accommodations and maintain office/site appearance.Performance metrics include package accuracy, travel reliability, and timely production reporting.Other requirements will include filing, answering phones, and reporting.
