What You’ll Experience as a Managing Consultant at TGG:
Delivering results for our clients on large, complex projects, or on multiple projects simultaneously as a billable consultant.
Being a part of business development efforts to grow the reach and impact that TGG has within current and new clients.
Managing TGG consultants by coaching and supporting their professional development.
Taking ownership of specific client accounts to ensure that TGG's delivery team is providing exceptional results.
What You Will Work On:
Delivering complex and sophisticated consulting services to your clients within various client environments.
Serving as the account leader and trusted partner for key client stakeholders while assisting in the growth of TGG.
Managing and supporting the development of consultants and delivery teams.
Who Will You Work With:
TGG’s clients to deliver exceptional results within their organizations, while building trust with various stakeholders.
TGG Leadership team to develop and close strategic opportunities within current and new clients.
A collaborative team of consultants that deliver outstanding client service.
Examples of What You Bring to the Table:
Minimum of 8 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a consulting firm, leading client engagements and teams. Candidates with significant leadership experience in a related field may also be considered, provided they can demonstrate success in managing client relationships and delivering impactful business results.
Demonstrated ability to deliver tangible results in various business environments.
Proven ability to lead client accounts.
A desire to be intellectually curious, ensuring a deep understanding of current business and market trends within a professional services firm.
The skills and ability to sell professional services and manage client accounts through a high degree of emotional intelligence and relationship building.
The ability to lead consultants and delivery teams within our service lines of execution, technology, people, and strategy; while innately operating with integrity.
You have deep experience in enterprise program management, project management, business analysis, change management, and/or process improvement methodologies and how they are used in business settings. You have knowledge of Agile techniques and experience in organizational design and/or business strategy development.
Proven success in setting up and proactively managing complex, cross-functional projects including both business units and IT team leadership. You have functional areas of expertise in digital, e-commerce, supply chain, technology, data architecture, and/or data analytics and industry expertise in healthcare, retail, insurance, financial services, manufacturing, and/or utilities.
Expertise in strong presentation, facilitation, and communication (written and verbal) skills while demonstrating grounded confidence to your audience.
A strong professional network.
Experience managing implementation of applications such as ERP, CRM, and POS.
Certifications in one or more of the following: Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), and/or Prosci ADKAR.

Salaries vary and are dependent on considerations such as: experience and specific skills/certifications. The base plus target bonus total compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000. Additional compensation beyond this range is available as a result of exceptional leadership and business development growth. Salary details are discussed openly during the hiring process.
Work Environment:
TGG is headquartered in Portland, Oregon, and has team members living in various locations across the United States. Our clients' onsite and travel requirements vary—some may require daily onsite visits, while others might be monthly, quarterly, or as needed. Because of this, our consultants must be adaptable, with the ability to travel and work both remotely and onsite. Each engagement has unique conditions, and we work collaboratively with both our client and team members regarding onsite and travel requirements.
