Job Overview:
An established law firm is seeking a Senior Leasing Attorney with a minimum of eight years of experience in handling commercial leases to join its Real Estate Group.Location:Duties:Act as the lead attorney in drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related agreements, such as term sheets, letters of intent, work letters, and SNDAs.Supervise less experienced leasing attorneys.Interact directly with clients, opposing counsel, brokers, and other relevant parties.Requirements:Minimum of 8 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related agreements.Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree.Certifications:Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.Skills:Comprehensive understanding of the commercial leasing market.Experience with various property types, including office, retail, industrial, and life sciences.Strong representation of landlords.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to understand clients’ business objectives and produce work efficiently.Strong negotiating, analytical, and writing skills.Attention to detail and good business judgment.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work both collaboratively and independently.Company infoBCG Attorney Search225 Franklin Street, 26th floorBostonMassachusettsUnited States 02110Phone:
