Conduct labor due diligence on M&A transactions.Requirements:Admission to the California bar.5 to 7 years of experience in employment law.Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills.Proven experience in employment litigation and client counseling.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the California bar required.Skills:Proficiency in handling complex employment law issues.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to build and maintain client relationships.Experience with both single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits.
