Position Summary: As a Loan IQ Product Owner for Solomon Edwards, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Loan IQ technology solutions for loan servicing and management for one of our leading banking clients. You will lead the product vision for Loan IQ, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the development of features that meet customer needs and business goals. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, leveraging your expertise in agile methodologies and product management to deliver high-quality solutions. Essential Duties: Lead the Loan IQ product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. (Must have Loan IQ Product Owner experience) Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and customers, translating business requirements into technical specifications. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity of tasks and objectives for the development team. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure smooth and efficient agile delivery. Drive the iterative development process, ensuring timely delivery of features and functionality in line with customer expectations. Provide guidance and coaching to the engineering team on scrum processes and ensure a deep understanding of the product backlog. Research market trends and competitive landscape to continuously enhance the Loan IQ platform, proposing innovative solutions. Foster a collaborative environment across teams, driving open communication and strong working relationships. Ensure product development meets regulatory, compliance, and risk management standards within the banking industry. Exhibit strong customer focus and empathy, anticipating needs and proactively addressing any issues or challenges. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications in Product Management or Agile practices are a plus. 3-5 years of strong experience as a Product Owner, preferably in banking or financial services, with knowledge of loan servicing platforms such as Loan IQ. Skills and Job-Specific Competencies: Solid understanding of agile methodologies and the scrum framework, with a proven track record of leading agile teams. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product goals and collaborate with diverse teams. Analytical thinker with the ability to work in ambiguous situations and solve complex problems. Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver solutions that meet business and customer needs. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive, forward-leaning mindset. Experience with market research and staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor insights. Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to, education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training.
