We are a multi-site, multi-specialty non-profit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive care to all patients. We are seeking an experienced full time Dermatology Physician Medical Director with 3-5 years of experience to join our team just south of Boston in Brocton, MA. Our Division of Dermatology handles a wide range of complex and routine cases, offering a variety of challenging work.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a clinical mentor and leader within the Division of Dermatology.
Work with leadership to identify and achieve growth opportunities.
Manage a wide range of complex and routine dermatological cases.
Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.
Maintain a schedule of 4 clinical days and 1 administrative day per week.
No hospital call is required.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive starting two-year base salary guarantee, then lucrative w/RVU and quality based compensation. Sign-on and relocation bonus if applicable. Benefits include Medical, Pharmacy, Dental & Vision, PTO, Short & Long Term Disability, 403(b) Retirement Plan, Malpractice Insurance occurrence-based and CME time and yearly reimbursement up to $3,000.
Requirements:
Board Eligible/Board Certified in Dermatology.
MA Medical License, MA CSR, and Federal DEA.
