We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Neuro Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is open to new graduates eager to start their career in Neurosurgery. Comprehensive training and support will be provided to ensure your success in this exciting field.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive care to neurosurgical patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up, primarily in inpatient settings such as the ICU, ward, and emergency department.
Assist in preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care in collaboration with neurosurgeons, trauma surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.
Perform advanced procedures as credentialed, including lumbar punctures, ventriculostomies, ICP monitoring, and wound management.
Participate actively in daily rounds, patient consultations, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
Contribute to the program’s quality improvement initiatives and participate in professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Open to new graduates, with a strong interest in neurology.
