What you’ll do on a typical day:Influence cross-functional teams to provide delivery on the expected schedule and take ownership of each potential failure, often asking for prioritization of a particular shipment or preparing another team to perform above standard servicesUnderstand your customers’ requirements and commit yourself to the oversight necessary to ensure successProduce daily reports and other customer communications.
Build trust with your customers by providing insights and value to the XPO shipping experienceKeep all systems up to date so accurate reporting is available and accurately identify any failures and record the root cause of the failure and the party responsibleProvide feedback and ideas for process improvements
