Wealth Advisor
to join their team! This position can operate
onsite in Waunakee, Manitowoc, or Wausau, WI , full-time Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Pay is competitive based on experience and licensure, and competitive benefits are available. This is a great opportunity to grow with the firm!
Responsibilities:Identify and engage potential clients for new or ongoing financial planning relationships.Develop tailored recommendations, and prepare planning deliverables.Conduct client meetings, deliver recommendations effectively, and address client questions and concerns.Maintain regular communication with clients, ensure follow-up actions are completed, and update client records accurately.Stay informed on economic trends and market changes to guide strategic portfolio adjustments.Evaluate clients' financial goals, and provide appropriate investment recommendations.Develop and deliver financial solutions, guiding clients toward informed action on financial advice.Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field3+ years of experience in wealth management, account management, banking or related requiredLicensure required: Series 65 or Series 66Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse group of people and businessesStrong math skillsAbility and willingness to quickly learn information, and work with little supervisionAbility to maintain confidentiality of both client and staff information
