Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, ESOPJob Duties:The Wastewater Rehabilitation Project Manager will lead and manage the planning, execution, and successful delivery of sewer system rehabilitation projects. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of wastewater infrastructure renewal, from budgeting and scheduling to compliance and team management. Additional key responsibilities include: Planning, organizing, and directing activities related to wastewater rehabilitation projects.Develop estimates, proposals, budgets, and schedules.Preparing, disseminating, and overseeing project budgets, bids, agreements, and contracts.Preparing, negotiating, and controlling project change orders, tracking all project costs.Serving as liaison between customers, site operators and employees.Monitoring and controlling projects through the direction of on-site supervisors.Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to staff, workers and clients.Work with dispatchers to assign workers to sites.Handle permitting, inspections, and documentation for project closeout.Oversee and manage subcontractors, ensuring they meet project specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.Requirements:BA/BS degree in Engineering, Construction or Environmental FieldExperience with contract administration, project management, budget, and scheduling.Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Word and ExcelExperience in either the municipal wastewater, construction, or environmental fieldPrevious project manager experience (both field and office).CIPP experience is a plus.Ability to travel day/overnight up to 30%.AA/EEO Statement:Carylon Corporation and all its companies provide Equal Employment Opportunity for all individuals regardless of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, status as a protected veteran, genetic information, status as a qualified individual with a disability and any other basis protected by federal, state or local laws.Disclaimer:This job description is designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
