Design digital ads, email templates, landing pages, and social media graphics that align with campaign objectives and nonprofit client goals.Collaborate with the VP of Digital Marketing and Ad Operations Team to ensure that all designs are on-brand, visually engaging, and optimized for performance.Translate complex messaging into clear and impactful visual elements that resonate with conservative audiences.Work across multiple platforms such as Anedot, Structure CMS/Deployer, Maropost, Drupal, Wix, and Canva to design and execute digital campaigns.Ensure a consistent visual identity across all digital channels, aligning with broader marketing strategies.Stay current on design trends and emerging technologies, applying innovative design concepts to enhance campaign performance.Optimize digital designs for user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) across mobile and desktop platforms.Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating success in creating digital ads, email templates, social media graphics, and landing pages.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design tools such as Canva.Experience working with platforms like Anedot, Structure CMS/Deployer, Maropost, Drupal, Wix, and similar.Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and how design choices impact user engagement and conversion rates.Ability to multi-task and manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.Passion for conservative causes and the ability to design for a conservative audience.Submit your cover letter, resume, and compensation requirements to
