Java/GCP senior developers to design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with other developers to design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing codebase.Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge.REQUIRED SKILLS:
Proficiency in Java programming language – 7-10 years of experienceStrong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and principles.Java, Spring Boot microservices, and Docker2+ years of experience in Google Cloud Technologies (GCP) - GKE, Cloud Spanner, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Big Query, and Cloud ComposerFamiliarity with Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate is a plus.Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.LIFE AT CAPGEMINI:
